News Texas Amber Alert: Silsbee babies Aiden and Aaliyah Langford abducted; Tiffany Weaver and Aaron Langford identify as suspect

SILLSBY, TX (KTRK) — Your mobile device may have turned off on Wednesday with an Amber Alert message about the kidnapping of two young children in southeast Texas.

It turned out that 4-month-old Aiden Langford and 1-year-old Arya Langford had been missing for eight days, according to a Texas Department of Public Safety announcement.

The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office said the children were last seen at 11:55 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24, at 2100 Alexander Road in Silsbee, which is closer to the Louisiana border than Houston.

Authorities identified two people suspected of taking them: Tiffany Weaver, 31, and Aaron Langford, 29. The announcement made no mention of the man’s relationship to the two children.

DPS provides the following descriptions for children and adults:

  • Aiden Langford: 4 month old Caucasian boy, blond hair, blue eyes, 25 lbs, 2’6″.
  • alia langford: Caucasian 1 year old girl, blond hair, blue eyes, 40 lbs, 3 ft.

Later on Jan. 24, 2023, Langford’s children, Aiden (left) and Aaliyah (right), went missing. Eight days later, Amber Alerts were activated.

  • aaron langford: 29 year old Caucasian male, red/auburn hair, green eyes, 169 lbs, 6’2″.

Authorities also said the children were likely passengers of a white 2005 chrysler vanwith Texas license plate BP9V603.
