News Ritter Communications expands Internet service to Jackson, Missouri.

Jackson, MO (KFVS) – Ritter Communications will expand its telecommunications and advanced cloud solutions in Jackson, MO.
Ritter Communications is the largest privately held telecommunications service provider serving the South Central region exclusively. With a $2.3 million self-funded investment, their investment is said to benefit businesses and schools in the Jackson community.
This project is Ritter Communications’ second expansion in Missouri. Back in October 2023, the company announced its first expansion project in the state, Cape Girardeau. Chief executive Alan Morse said the decision was driven by growing demand for premium internet services.
“The demand for high-quality broadband services is increasing,” Morse said. “The services we provide and the solutions that accompany them ensure that all organizations can continue their day-to-day operations by providing access to the tools needed to use services that were previously inaccessible.”
Ritter Communications is the first to bring XGS-PON technology to the Jackson area. The technology uses 100% fiber optic connections to power the company’s full suite of reliable, high-quality broadband solutions and telecommunications services at speeds of up to 100 gigabits per second. In addition, clients have access to the Ritter Communications Data Technology Center, a world-class, highly secure facility with local customer support teams that offers advanced cloud solutions to meet a business’ unique information security and storage needs.
Construction on the project is scheduled to be completed in February. After completion, merchants will be able to experience 100% fiber optic services.
